Gliderec started with a simple problem. Its developer records courses, and every lesson meant recording in one tool and then spending hours in an editor adding zooms, cursor effects and backgrounds by hand.
On macOS, tools already did this automatically. On Windows there was nothing equally polished and focused, so Gliderec was built to fill that gap.
The idea is simple: record once and let the app do the editing work. You can still change everything afterwards, because Gliderec never bakes effects into your recording.
