Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Gliderec app and the gliderec.com website.

Agreement

By installing or using Gliderec, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

The Gliderec app

Exeply gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to install and use Gliderec on your own devices. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

Your recordings

You own the recordings and videos you make. They stay on your computer, and you are responsible for what you record and share, including having permission to record other people or confidential content.

Accounts

You sign in to the app with an account. Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

Acceptable use

Do not use Gliderec to break the law, to record people without the consent that the law requires, or to interfere with our services.

Third-party software

Gliderec includes open-source and third-party components, which are covered by their own licenses. The app lists them in its third-party notices.

No warranty

Gliderec is provided as it is, without promises that it will be error-free or always available. Back up recordings you cannot afford to lose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Exeply is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Gliderec. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. [To be confirmed during legal review.]
